Be still my beating heart!!! My sweet, spicy redhead sang her very first solo in church last night, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. I must admit, I teared up a little as she stood up on that stage singing “Change My Heart”.
I am so thankful for our church and their willingness to let the little ones share in worship. She will never forget last night!
Of course we want to share it with you, so here she is in her very first official singing debut. (Note that baby sister is trying to compete with her in the background.)

Oh I just love it! I usually like the VBS songs, but that one was one that Vaughn and I love, and she tries to teach me the motions, while I'm driving of course! Have you been working with her on the harder parts of the song, or does she have your natural talent SB? There were some of the parts I expected to hear her sing like a kid, but it was really trained and wonderful! Thank you. Such a blessing <3
Thank you, Michelle:) Actually, she learned it during the week of VBS, and once we decided she would sing that song, we just sang it over and over with the split track. I didn't have to do anything special. She just LOVES to sing:)
